The fund has been set up to generate superior risk adjusted returns by investing across the UK in all property sectors in income producing assets and redevelopment opportunities with active asset management potential.
The fund raised £330m of equity and envisages leveraging at 65%, giving a total buying capacity of approximately £1bn.
