Eric oversees the implementation of the business plans. He joined Frogmore Estates plc in November 1979. Prior to joining Frogmore, Eric worked for five years with the British Airports Authority and five years with consultant surveyors Conrad Ritblat and Hirshfields. He also served five years on the Board of HQ Business Centres headquartered in San Francisco. Eric is responsible for the asset management of the real estate portfolio, which has typically ranged in value between £525 million and £600 million. Recent major projects include working on a £105 million portfolio acquired from AXA, a £21 million portfolio acquired from AMP, the management of a joint venture limited partnership portfolio of £112 million and the running of the Meadow portfolio, an offshore joint venture portfolio of £136 million. Eric is currently managing the FREP I investment portfolio which currently comprises four shopping centres, a business park and a landmark block of retail and office accommodation in Oxford Street, London. The implementation of business plans is progressing well and is achieving a series of value enhancements across all assets.
