Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP 1) was sponsored by Frogmore Property Company Limited and is advised by Frogmore Real Estate Partners Investment Managers Limited.

FREP 1 had its final closing on 27th October 2006 having raised £330m of equity.

The Fund has been established to generate superior risk adjusted returns by investing throughout the UK, in all property sectors in both income producing assets, redevelopment and development and opportunities with active real estate asset management potential.

By October 2008 FREP 1 had committed and reserved approximately £670m in 16 assets.

FREP 23 closed on 15th December 2009 with capital commitments of apporimately £191m.

FREP 2's objective is to exploit opportunities across the real estate market as the UK economy emerges from recession.
