Welcome to Frogmore
Frogmore follows a strategy to invest, develop and/or add value to property in the UK.
In 2006, Frogmore Real Estate Partners LP (FREP) raised over £330m to invest throughout the UK. This asset management portfolio is now fully invested with 16 assets under management.
August 2008 saw the second Frogmore Fund raise more than £200m of equity.
The group has an extensive range of in-house real estate asset management skills including Investment, Planning, Development, Refurbishment and Letting expertise.
