Jo sources development opportunities. She joined Frogmore Estates plc in 1994. She is responsible for development projects and the leasing of vacant space within the Company’s investment and development portfolios, coordinating external real estate agents’ activities across all commercial property sectors. Jo started her career in the West End of London office of Richard Ellis (now CBRE) where she worked until joining Frogmore Estates plc, one of her clients at the time. Whilst at Richard Ellis, Jo specialised in asset management and landlord and tenant matters, negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals for in-house landlord clients, before moving to the industrial and office leasing teams. She has been the sponsoring director for the acquisition of FREP I developments which have included St. Mary’s Axe, City of London, Point West Five, Ealing, Parsonage Farm, Stansted, Crossways Business Park, Dartford and the Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road Portfolio, London W1. She is also the director responsible for the redevelopment of 98/102 Wigmore Street, London W1 and the new build and refurbished elements of Foundation Park, Maidenhead. Jo is a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the British Council for Offices.
