Patrick sources income-producing investment opportunities. He joined Frogmore Estates plc in October 1998 working principally as part of the Investment Acquisition team and he was extensively involved with the MBO working closely with Paul White. Patrick has been responsible for the acquisition of a number of the Company’s current projects and is responsible for the sourcing and delivery of investment stock. Having initially gained experience with Norwich Union Fund Management based in London, he joined King Sturge & Co., a real estate brokerage firm, as part of the National Investment Agency Team in 1990, a team widely regarded as one of the leading investment houses, and advised a range of private investors and UK institutional clients. In 1995, he moved to Moorfield Estates plc where he was responsible for acquisition and asset management of the property portfolio. During his time at Moorfield, the company expanded the value of its asset base from approximately £20 million to £250 million. Patrick was extensively involved with the acquisition of a mixed-use portfolio from Refuge Assurance, a retail and office property at New Street Birmingham, the creation of the joint venture with Blackstone Real Estate Partners International and the acquisition and management of the Moorstone Portfolio and Arundel Great Court. More recently Patrick has acquired for FREP I the portfolio of three shopping centres from HSBC, the industrial unit, “Rivet”, Coventry, the office park at Foundation Park, Maidenhead as well as overseeing the purchase of the development opportunity at Wigmore Street, London. Patrick is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Investment Property Forum.
