Paul is responsible for overseeing and managing the Company. He has been in the real estate business for 40 years, forming his own general real estate agency practice under the style of White Michaels in 1969, in London’s Mayfair district. After 17 years he sold the business to Hanover Druce where he took over as Chief Executive of the commercial division, running a real estate agency with over 250 staff with offices in Central London, Birmingham, Bristol and Leicester. In July 1991, Paul jointly bought the long-established real estate agency White, Druce & Brown. In 1995, Paul sold White, Druce & Brown to Frogmore Estates plc and became Managing Director of Frogmore Estates plc. Under his leadership, Frogmore Estates plc’s profits before taxation increased from approximately £15 million for the financial year ended 30 June 1996 to £55 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2000. Paul led the privatisation of Frogmore Estates plc with four other directors in January 2001. In 2001, he also jointly formed Frogmore Property Company Limited with Dennis Cope. Paul is a member of the Investment Property Forum and sits on the Board of the British Property Federation.
